Do I need to pay a security deposit for my stay at the campsite?

Yes, a security deposit will be requested during your online check-in or upon arrival (for mobile home rentals only).

Do I have to pay a tourist tax during my stay at the campsite?

Yes, a tourist tax applies to almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay it either during online check-in or upon arrival.

Where can I park my car inside the campsite?

Only one vehicle is allowed per booking. Any additional car must be parked in the visitors’ car park outside the campsite.

Some pitches allow you to park your vehicle directly; if not, a nearby parking area will be provided close to your accommodation.

For visitors: parking is only available in the external visitors’ car park.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Upon arrival, please go directly to the campsite reception.
